Terms of Service

By accessing or using Affanhub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including business owners (resellers), their staff members, and end customers who interact with reseller storefronts.

Affanhub is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to run their own digital services reselling business. The platform provides:

• A business dashboard for managing services, pricing, and customers.
• A branded storefront where customers can purchase digital services.
• Integration with VTU APIs for airtime, data bundles, cable TV, electricity, and related services.
• Wallet management, profit tracking, and withdrawal capabilities.

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

The Platform uses a wallet system for processing transactions:

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by payment processors.

Affanhub offers subscription plans that determine the features and limits available to your business. By selecting a plan, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee associated with your chosen plan.
• Accept that plan features, pricing, and limits may change with reasonable notice.
• Understand that free plans have limited features and may be subject to additional restrictions.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.
• Manipulate transactions, exploit system vulnerabilities, or abuse the wallet system.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your business identity.
• Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse the Platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

We strive to maintain high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
• Third-party API provider outages (e.g., network carriers, payment gateways).
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Affanhub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party service failures.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the preceding 3 months.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may also suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach any of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity on your account.
• Required by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any remaining withdrawable profit will be processed according to our withdrawal policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
